Great service as usual. The SSD in my PC got fried when a Windows update was run & *** turned round the repair to the PC in no time at all. (There was a small hiccup when I set up the PC back home being that my Open Office database files wouldn't run however. I discovered that Java was missing so I downloaded it but the .odb files still couldn't find a JRE environment. With two Java versions loaded though (x32 + x86) everything ran again). So many thanks to ***, even with the hiccup!

I have been dealing with Simplyfixit for nearly 15 years now and have always been pleased with the service they have provided me with. I had my laptop in their Bruntsfield Place branch in Edinburgh recently and the necessary work was done in 3 days. I lived nearer to two of their other branches but they have now closed. Bruntsfield Place is not the easiest for car parking however.
