I ordered 4 bottles of the darbo darbo tart cherry jam and was quite concerned if the glass jars will shatter during shipping as I live in Malaysia. However, I was very delighted to see that the packaging box was in near perfect condition all the jars were perfectly intact. The jam tasted excellent as well. Thank you for the effort and also for the quick deliver a little less than a week to arrive

The product is good. What im not pleased with is that there is no store here in Sweden that provides Darbo products. I think that is sad. They sure deserve a space here.

I orderd, got a notice the package was shipped. A couple of days later, I emailed indicating that Fedex never acknowledged reception of the package. A week later, again. You confirmed package loss. Offered to refund or renew the order, I chose to renew. It tooks 3 days and another email for the order to be renewed. And now, Fedex once again shows the same status, package not received. The person on the phone was very nice, the emails not very helpful and as brief as possible, but the real problem is that so far, it seems that it's impossible for you guys to actually deliver an order...

Ansonsten aber wie immer gut.

They were very helpful. I was relieved when my order arrived safe and sound. And even when I had asked to correct an error with my delivery address they gave me no issues. I'm grateful.
